It is thanks to the release of this video that I discovered the new track "This New Technology" of Australia's group Midnight Juggernauts. The track is in the vein of their previous productions. It announces the imminent release of their second album. This production attracted me more by the quality of the clip than by the music itself! The video operates in a very 70s style using images mixed in kaleidoscope.
The first single from their album is available on iTunes since October 9 and is even available for sale in a limited edition with several remixes on the Acephale Records website. You can find on this EP, the remixed versions of Weird Tapes, Nile Delta and The Emperor Machine.
After almost two years of silence since their last album "Dinotopia" in 2007, the trio offered a track composed of synthesizers and a melancholy voice. It's a song we could blithely fall into the category of track that mixes pop, rock and electro. The track uses too some small psychedelic melodies. At the end, the production makes sense regarding the clip.
We regret a little their previous productions and most successful music track as "Tombstone" or "Into the galaxy", which is by far their best track. We will keep you updated on this album to see if there are other tracks that worth to ear!
