Booka Shade is certainly, one of the best and most productive German duo of the electro music world like M.A.N.D.Y, we interviewed some years ago. Today, we are back with a new and exclusive interview of Booka Shade just before the release of their fifth studio album “Eve”. The guys are notably at the origins of tracks under Get Physical, Systematic and Studio K7!. This duo composed Walter Merziger and Arno Kammermeier for almost twenty years and mainly one of the pillars of the German electronic music scene are also the founder of Get Physical.

So here we are, Ab Initio 04 is upon us, with the French producer Sebastien San pushing his boundaries once again. Sebastien’s sounds are his very own, situated somewhere in that crucial area between the deepest of Detroit and the best of Deep House. An area ruled by tight drum programming, heavenly strings and deep chords to die for. Melody is key, melody that makes you dance and makes you listen.
