John Lord Fonda - Composite
It is with some emotion that I publish this article! Indeed, by delving into the archives of the first version of Actualités Electroniques, I noticed that the following article was never published onto the second version of the website. So, here is the first article of project Actualités Electroniques. This is a review about the compilation of the Dijon producer John Lord Fonda, author of the fantastic "Personal Jesus" and "So Far Away". I also had a chance to see the man live at the Cabaret Sauvage alongside Vitalic, some years ago and it was massive. The compilation is huge too…

Everything but the Girl - Missing (Fedde Le Grand Remix)
In a few days we will publish a new exclusive interview with the famous Dutch producer Fedde Le Grand. Just before that, here is a review about his latest remix of the electronic music anthem from Everything but the Girl “Missing”, that hits the #1 position of the Beatport’s chart. Warner Music’s brand new label One More Tune continues its chart smashing assault on dance music, with Everything But The Girl’s 1995 hit “Missing” released on the “Amplified Heart” album, magically re-worked by DJ superstar/Producer Fedde Le Grand.

Werkschau - B Pitch Control
Imagine you had the job of representing your entire life in the form of seventeen unreleased songs - a difficult task? Unsolvable? B Pitch Control has attempted to do just that, packing a turbulent twelve-year label history, mostly techno, onto one silver disc that will be released on January 31st, 2011 as CD/digital. The resulting album is not just a simple reflection of the past, it is a statement showing how comprehensive, complex, progressive, emotional and ultimately enthralling electronic music can be.

James Talk - Interview
One of the unsung heroes of the UK house music scene, James Talk has gone from a fledgling producer and DJ championed by Pete Tong to a global star, gracing the world’s most respected labels and clubs on a regular basis. The 27-year-old Southampton talent has been DJing half his life, and over the last 7 years has carved a name for himself in the production world as one the most talented groove-makers around. Today, we offer you an exclusive interview with him. It follows notably the interview of other English producers like Michael Woods and D. Ramirez. First of all, I would like to thank James who answered our questions.

Marvin Zeyss - Spellbound EP
The new EP of Marvin Zeyss "Spellbound EP" is once again an electronic music gem. The artist, that we discovered with his excellent track "Numb" that will appear on our 2010 best of, will release just before the end of the year, December 29th to be exact, "Spellbound EP" under the polish imprint In Deep Records. The EP is composed of two deep house tracks "Hannah" and "Times Goes By". They are happier than the previous tracks of the German producer. Marvin Zeyss is definitely for our ear, the best young newcomer of 2010.

Moguai - We Want Your Soul EP
Moguai rounds off his busiest year yet with “We want your soul” on Size Records, that will be released the 20th of December 2010. After releasing a plethora of fresh and challenging tracks into dance music’s collective conscious, Moguai finally bows out of 2010 with a huge number, just after his EP “Get Fresh” we reviewed some days ago. And what a track to release, the pummeling, breaks-infused “We Want Your Soul”! For further proof of the German wizards talents, it’s been snapped up by Steve Angello’s Size records label and been given a full release. If Size really does matter, then Moguai’s huge new anthem will be the focal point of Christmas.
