Benjamin Diamond, is a French composer of electronic music with many facets. He is  notably the voice and the co-author of the worldwide hit "Music Sounds Better With You" produced by the Stardust group, created in 1998 with his friends Alan Braxe and Thomas Bangalter. If he was probably at the beginning the least exposed member of the Stardust trio, Benjamin Diamond is nevertheless a full member of it. Since then and besides the first two albums which saw him redefining the boundaries of electro pop music with "Strange attitude" released on Sony/Epic 2000 and then "Out of myself" on K7/Diamondtraxx in 2005, he was also the manager of the imprint Diamondtraxx that unfortunately disappeared recently.

Belgian brothers Dimitri Vegas and Like Mike have come a very long way in a very short period of time. In just 2 years, they’ve bypassed the usual steps to making it big by proving they have super-star quality in everything they do. They are sought after producers, remixers to the A-list elite and number 1 hit makers. The accolades they’ve clocked up within this relatively short time ar...e equal to those some DJ stalwarts amass during a lifetime! It followed notably the interviews of other famous producers like Marc Romboy, Da Fresh, Umek, Avicii or Dr. Kucho and Belgium producers we interviewed like Kolombo and Compuphonic.

Both DJ, writer and producer, Antoine Clamaran is part of the circle of artists enjoying an international recognition. More dynamic and creative than ever, he continues to juggle his career and manage different labels. After the success of his album "Release Yourself", the album "Mix Inc.", the compilation "Dancefloor FG Summer 2006" that became a gold record, his singles "Keep on Trying", "Give Some Love", "Gold "and “Believe”, Antoine Clamaran sold a total of more than 1.25 million records! We discovered him in 1999 with his EP "Discoland", so it is now a great pleasure to interview him. This interview follows those of other French producers like Da Fresh, Lifelike or Rodriguez Jr..

Myths abound in the north when it comes to techno ground zero, and they refuse to go away. Oliver Huntemann is one of a handful of children of the north who, for what seems like an eternity, add an element of credence to the mythology. He does not, of course, live in a snowy forest or at the edge of the polar oceans. The sun does, on occasion, shine down on Hamburg. Nevertheless, there is a tendenc...y towards hypothermic reduction in the rigourous efficiency of the Huntemann oeuvre. Images of cold storage warehouses, desolate heavy plant sites and blueish flesh are not entirely misplaced....

So how did you find the party? Well, if you do not understand what I’m talking about then it means you have missed the Nuit SFR Live Concerts at the Grand Palais on Saturday. Just for you to know, it was the third edition, and took place on Saturday, October the 8th, in Paris. It brought together names like Modeselektor, author of the recent album "Monkeytown" that we will review soon as we received it as promotion, but there were too Cassius and Agoria.

The French DJ and producer, Phil Weeks, is a house music purist in its noblest sense. His unique style is evolving in an old-school ambiance coming from Chicago, with a touch of nu-school French flair that goes from the deepest house to the techiest... His productions always sound as if they were produced in the early 90’s, thanks to the instruments he uses: 808, 909 and 606. Phil Weeks is a house music purist, dedicated to delivering his best, even in a world where the house unfortunately is dominated by electro, while leading with an iron hand his own imprint Robsoul Recordings.

You've probably heard about or witnessed the Nuit électro SFR Live Concerts at Grand palais (Paris), hosted by SFR, Artevia and La Lune Rousse since 2009. This year, the Nuit Electro changes his name and becomes : the Nuit SFR Live Concerts at Grand! For this third edition, the event will take place on the 8th of October in Paris. The main performers will be Modeselektor, author of the upcoming album "Monkeytown" that we will review soon as we received it as a promo, but also Cassius and Agoria.
