Rank 1 vs. Jochen Miller "The Great Escape" was played a few days ago by Armin Van Buuren in his weekly radio show "A state of trance (ASOT 438). This track will definitely soon reach the top of the charts worldwide, because it is composed of a relevant mix of progressive house and trance music. This track will be the anthem of one of the biggest trance events in Poland: the entrance Festival 2010, which takes place every year with some big international trance Djs. This year the event will take place at the Łuczniczka Arena in the city of Bydgoszcz, March 6th.

Cirez D "Glow" is not out yet but the track has already hit some charts. Playlisted few weeks ago by Pete Tong on his own radio-show on Radio One, the production follows the excellent EP grouping "On Off" and "Fast Forward". Cirez D is one of the aliases of Eric Prydz. If you rearrange the letters of Cirez D you will find the name of the Swedish DJ. The year 2010 begins on the right foot for the Swedish House Mafia that disappointed us last year with tracks a little too easy.

Ben Klock is a German DJ and producer that I just found out through one of his track "Subzero" remixed by Function Regis and released in August 2009. He is particularly a resident DJ of one of the most famous club in Berlin (Germany): the Berghain. High place of the Berlin nights, you can hear often minimal and tech house tracks, as it is the case here. The man who released his latest EPs on Ostgut Tonräger, the Berghain's label, offers a top-flight track. On the same EP, there are two more of his tracks remixed, one by Robert Hood and the other one by Kenny Larkin.

11 minutes. It is the time of the latest production of the Swedish duo The Knife. The track entitled “Tomorrow, In A Year” has been created in collaboration with Mt. Sims and Planningtorock. It is free to download for all mailing list subscribers and will be released the first March of 2010 officially. It will be too the launch of their new album « Colouring of pigeons ». It features, as some previous productions like “Marble house”, the lovely voice of Karin Dreijer Andersson, half of the duo with her brother Olof Dreijern.

Listening again the track of Sebastien Leger "Jaguar", I told myself that I must tell you the real story of this production. Indeed, this production of Sebastien Leger is nothing but a recovery a little more modern of the famous track from Dj Rolando "Knights Of The Jaguar." Also known by the nickname The Aztec Mystic, this track is considered to be one of the pillars of the global electronic music. Produced in late 1999, it appeared at the same time that the inevitable "Bell" from Jeff Mills. What a time!

Rodriguez Jr. and his lastest EP "Esperanza" is a minimal music bomb. On this vinyl pressed under the label Giant Wheel, there are two tracks "Esperanza" and "Chicky chicky", resolutely tech house and minimal tracks. The last time we had heard a production of this young Spanish prodigy, it was for his remix of "Chlorophylle" from Beat Bastard released in November 2009. There was also a remix of one of the members of the Joachim Garraud forum, Joris Delacroix and his impressive track "Calin cale”.

Edward Maya is a Romanian artist whose career might be promising but short! Commercial track by excellence, "Stereo Love" is a one-shot production created by the Carpathians producer in early 2009. On this house track, there is the sublime voice of the very sexy Dj Jigulina Vika, native of Bucharest. Once again an accordion is on the menu of this music, just as it was the case with the hit of Samin that buzz in Ibiza last year, "Heater".
