Bluffing... This is the relevant adjective to describe the track “Hot like sauce” we will review in the following article. Mix hip-hop and electronic music is not easy to achieve. But it is one of the challenge that Pretty Lights successfullly overcomes, with his own style. Unknown in France, this American artist has given us a few months ago a track entitled "Hot like sauce" which uses a staccato  rhythmic with an electronic voice with hip-hop scratched samples, huge and massive. Technically it’s just perfect.

We wrote an article about the track of Basement Jaxx feat Kelis « Scars », and today we will talk about one of their latest productions “My turn”. It is also an extract for the “Scars” album, released at the end of September. A clip has been shot by the talented guy Tomek Ducki. Featuring Lightspeed Champion, the British pair offers us an original production, with very interesting samples.

Similar to Phoenix in the music rhythm, it is a fresh and cool production that will make your feet move, in these glacial days. We can compare too this title to some of the French guys Cassius’ productions, like “Toop toop”, or Phoenix’s productions. “Rich Girl” has been remixed for instance by Le Castle Vania such as Twelves. In recent days, the DJ and producer Amplive Californian broadcasts on the Internet his remix album of tracks from Radiohead's "In Rainbows", the band's latest album. Dj Amplive has soberly titled his album "Remixes Rainydayz”. These remixes versions that had buzz on the net had been originally issued without the agreement of the group. Finally, Radiohead has allowed the U.S. Dj to spread freely (here) this musical opus of all beauty, like the track " Video Tapez”. The remix album consists of 8 tracks.

Tomorrow will be released the new album from the electro French group Air entitled "Love 2". The album will be available this Monday, October 5. The album was already available for a pre-listening on the Air website. Our two French, Nicolas Godin and Jean-Benoit Dunckel are back after two years of silence and their latest album "Pocket Symphony", released in 2007. This is already their sixth opus. The first single broadcast on radio was "Sing Sang Sung" late August.
