Next week, October 26 will be released the new collaboration of Armand Van Helden & A-TRAK in for the Duck Sauce project and his title "Anyway". This title comes with a crazy clip as you will discover in the following article. This is the track that is under the highlights of the electronic music scene and we couldn’t miss it. The production will be released on Data Records. It is a comeback of almost 20 years!
The title is inspired by a classic late 70s track: "I Can Do It (Anyway You Want)" from Final Edition. The sample is reused for the composition of the production of Armand Van Helden, who continues to surprise us after his featuring with Dizee Rascals. This production totally a mix between funk and disco atmosphere is coupled with a video clip in the same vein. It looks like as some of the Jackson Five, several decades ago. This is a track following the disco tradition using house rhythm. The music will no doubt seduced many people this winter and will surely be playlisted by radio stations next year.
Finally, please note that this collaboration has also given birth to another title, which should come out the same day: "You're Nasty", a title with a filtered bass line, quiet similar to the first productions of Daft Punk, Thomas Bangalter, Knight Club and other associates. The production also uses a sample, one of Salsoul Orchestra "Nice 'N' Naasty”. Electronic music is about samples !
