It has taken nearly four years to see Trentemoller release a new album. The upcoming album entitled "Into The Great Wide Yonder" is scheduled to be released in late May 2010. The Danish producer always discreet, offers us an album of 10 tracks under his own label "In My Room". A few weeks ago was released the first single "Sycamore feeling". Its video clip is visible in the following review. This track was remixed notably by Gui Boratto and also Thomas Schumacher. It uses the voice of the Danish singer Marie Fisker. Moreover, the album includes a few other guest appearances.

The album consists of 10 tracks and operates in a universe mixing melancholy and down-tempo beats. DJ, outstanding producer and remixer, Anders Trentemøller needs no introduction. He confirms here all the good we could say of him.
After his first album "The Last Resort" in 2006 and acclaimed by everyone, Trentemoller seems to have surpassed it with this the second piece. He gives us the best of himself. The album highlights his eclectic side and his diversity. You'll hear in this album samples from acoustic to electric guitars, strings or mandolin. 4 tracks have a voice on it. For instance, we find collaborations with the English artist Fyfe Dangerfield (Guillemots group) and singers Solveig Sandnes and Josephine Philip from the Danish indie pop duo Darkness Falls.
We will review in detail this album, once we will have the chance to listen to it, in a full version. In any case the first single and its accompanying remixes let us expect the best. Again, the Danish scene shows us its variety in terms of electronic music and that's good for our ears. The only regret is that Trentemoller mixes barely in France... What a pity! Don’t you think?
