Arguably the hottest dance producer of the moment, Henry Saiz returns with a blistering 3 track EP: « Madre Noche », « Rhinemaidens » and « Hada », mixing progressive and house music. Henry Saiz is fast becoming one of dance music’s brightest properties. From his two-track inclusion on Digweed’s critically acclaimed Transitions 4, his previous EP on Renaissance – Artificial Paradises, or the lauded remixes of Guy J’s Lamur, his star has been in constant ascent. Now the trajectory continues as he delivers a stunning three track EP, Madre Noche. We will only speak about « Rhinemaidens » in the following article.
The Spanish artist offers us one of his best productions combining house music and progressive. He uses a devastating arpeggio, with a rhythm that goes along the track in a sober and intense atmosphere. The presence of a small loop and filtered voice creates a tension that gives a rare musical moment that put the track in an incredible dimension. In the break, there is a little melody with a psychedelic chained killer riff.
This track has been playlisted since late September by John Digweed, Sasha or the Argentinean buddy Hernan Cattaneo. Quiet a good production then !
