I was reading a newspaper article when I re-discovered a group that I had already heard. Above all, some titles were in my favorite music playlists. This is an English band formed in 1999 and it is Metronomy. The formation is composed of Joseph Mount (composition, vocals, guitar and keyboards), Oscar Cash (sax, vocals and keyboards), Anna Prior (drums) and Gbenga Adelekan (bass). Recently, the team has been renewed with the last 2 names. They are therefore promoting this new band, notably in France where they played few days ago at La Cigale. The group has been noticed with the title "Heartbreaker" in August 2008, that also has remixed by Kris Menace later on.

French DJ and composer, Popof, whose real name Alexander Paounov, comes straight from the rave scene in Paris. It is indeed within the collective Heretik that he began his career and now continues as an historical membe. He is also the source of Wee-Kids project that he created in 2005. In recent years, Popof turning towards electro and minimal music. Quickly noticed by top names in electronic music scene as Thomas P Heckmann, and more recently Tiga, Popof saw his famous blow since the release of his EP "Alcoolic" in 2007.

Probably best known for her plastic and her history, Niki Belucci is also a talented electronic music producer. I hope that through this article some prejudged will change. The Hungarian, who is now 25 years old worked first as a gymnast, then as a porn actress and finally as a Dj. If you cannot deny the charm of the sulfur past of this Hungarian girl, she is nevertheless a single person who has finally dedicated 100% of her life to her love for music.

In existence for nearly 10 years, created in 1997 to be exact, this group of French electronic musicians was composed at the base of Arnaud Rebotini and Ivan Smagghe. They are friends since the 80s, when they met in the store vinyl "Rough Trade" in Paris as sellers. When they decided to form the group, Ivan Smagghe wanted to start a new adventure in parallel for some solo projects. The name of the group refers to their common love for the disco, adding a much darker side, like the two characters.

This French DJ and producer is at the crossroads of a glamorous and hype chic Parisian reflecting the most crazy influences. It is a kind of UFOs from the French electro, with his long black hair, his cigarette in his mouth and his beard unshaven. He had various radio shows on Radio Nova and FG and he made many compilations that became the standards for electronic music scene. It allowed him to become well-known.<

If I wrote this article and if I created this website it is probably a little bit and even more because of this great men that lead the French music: Didier Sinclair. Thus, I will be a special article to write. It has been already 6 months that Didier left us but he is still in our heads. What a remember with his famous track "Lovely Flight" or his residence on radio FG every night (almost 10 years ago) and his unusual mix in night clubs. Following this, I decided to share with you the history of this fantastic DJ and producer.
